Are you stuggling with difficulties and want to talk through things? I offer a warm empathic space for you to explore your problems and feelings. I am a fully qualified experienced transpersonal therapist/ counsellor. As a transpersonal therapist I believe that body mind and spirit are all important. I work in an integrated way depending on your needs and may offer the use of creativity (such as drawing) or dreamwork if this appropriate. I have experience in helping individuals for both short and long term work with depression,low self esteem, bereavment, trauma, abuse, relationship and family issues, fertility issues and for anger management or personal development. I also work in health care and have helped people with employment related difficulties. It may also be that you don't have a specific problem but want to make more sense of your life and who you are.

I offer some concessions for those with low income and a reduced initial fee.

In addition to 5 years training in psychotherapy and counselling,I have also trained in spiritual guidance from a multifaith perspective.

I have completed a 5 year programe to Masters level at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy in London.
I have worked for 5 yrs in an NHS counselling setting
Since 2000 I have been working in private practice
I am Registered with U.K.C.P and a member of B.A.C.P.
and adhere to their code of ethics
I have completed a 2 yr programme in spiritual guidance. I have also worked in the NHS as a nurse and midwife and in education.

Fees

£45 per hour, some concessions may be available. I can offer a reduced fee of £25 for the initial session for you to to see if I am the right person for you
