I am Caroline Lane, founder of Lanes Counselling. My practice offers couples counselling, Individual and Adolescent counselling this services is provided by a team of counsellors, whose profiles are available on my website.
In addition, as relationship issues often stem from other problems such as depression, anxiety, family issues, bereavement, addiction, depression, childhood difficulties, etc. we provide specialist counselling to assist with these areas.
Personally, I have worked as a counselIor since 2000 when I joined Relate and later commenced my private practice from home in 2005.
During this time I have helped people with a wide range of concerns including relationship issues, domestic violence, adult survivors of sexual abuse, addiction (including alcohol, drug and sex), mental health issues and working with LGBT.
As my private practice developed and outgrew my home, in 2013 I left Relate and opened offices in Arundel under the name of Lanes Counselling. This gave me the opportunity to draw on the skills and services of other counsellors in order to offer clients a wider range of services from one location.
We offer a private and confidential place to discuss your concerns in a supportive, understanding and non-judgemental environment. With our training and experience, we will be alongside you as we discuss the issues affecting you.
As we are not personally involved, we can be objective without passing judgement or criticism. Our role is to assist you in gaining insight, awareness and understanding of your difficulties. From this point, we can then look at various techniques to deal with particular issues and discuss what changes you could make.
Please visit my website at lanescounselling.co.uk for further information. Alternatively, please call me to discuss any queries you may have.
