Annette Lark, MA, PGDip, MBACP
Berkshire Counselling and Psychotherapies
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Accredited Voluntary Register (AVR) and adhere to the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I provide a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental environment in which to help with a range of difficulties that can arise in life. You may want help with: stress, relationship issues (whether it be with a partner, family or in the workplace), depression, anxiety, anger, abuse, bereavement, loss, low self esteem or confidence, a life transition or perhaps you have a general feeling of unhappiness.
Often current difficulties are connected with experiences in the past. By really listening to you without rushing in to give you advice we can explore these connections, conscious and unconscious thoughts
and the ways in which you cope. I can help you make sense of what is happening, at your own pace, in a way that is meaningful to you. This insight can offer new ways of thinking about things, help you feel differently about yourself and lead to lasting change.
What to do next?
Please call or email to arrange an initial consultation.
I also offer a free informal telephone conversation to talk about your situation and we can look at what is right for you.

I practice from accessible and comfortable consulting rooms in central Wokingham and in Charvil. These are within easy reach of Twyford, Woodley, Henley, Bracknell and surrounding areas. There is plenty of free parking close by at both locations..
