Life can sometimes be difficult and it can be helpful to talk things through with someone other than a family member or friend.
I work with individuals and couples offering a confidential, safe and empathic space for you to work through your concerns and the feelings that come with them. Helping you to explore and come to terms with current experiences and feelings from the past, finding new ways of understanding yourself and the people you have relationships with, working through the options available to you and the choices you may want to make for the future.
I will do my best to offer you a prompt and suitable appointment so that we can plan an initial meeting to explore your concerns and decide the best way to work together.
