I am an experienced counsellor who works with individuals and couples in Edinburgh and Penicuik.
I offer a confidential, safe space to work through your concerns and the feelings that come with them. Helping you to explore current experiences and also feelings from the past, finding new ways of understanding yourself and the people you have relationships with, working through the options available to you and the choices or changes you may want to make for the future.
My clients are aged 16+ and are from a diverse range of backgrounds, abilities, sexual orientation and gender identity. I have specific training in relationships, adult sexuality and family systems.
I will do my best to offer you a prompt and suitable appointment so that we can plan an initial meeting to explore your concerns and decide the best way to work together.
