Life can sometimes be difficult and it can be helpful to talk things through with someone other than a family member or friend. I offer a confidential, safe and empathic space for you to work through your concerns and explore the feelings that come with them.
Counselling can help you to explore, acknowledge and come to terms with experiences and feelings from the past, working through the options available to you and the choices you may want to make for the future.
I can help you find new ways of understanding yourself and the people you have relationships with.
I will do my best to offer you a prompt and suitable appointment so that we can plan an initial meeting to explore your concerns and decide the best way to work together.
I have had specialist Relationship/Couple Counselling training with Relationships Scotland and I am a fully trained Collaborative Practice Family Consultant working with Family Lawyers and Financial Advisors in Scotland.
I am a registered member of the BACP (The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I am bound by their Ethical Frameworks for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their complaints procedure.
I am a member of IACP (International Academy of Collaborative Professionals) and I have professional indemnity insurance with the Psychologists Protection Society.
