About me

Why have counselling? It may be because you might want something to change or you feel overwhelmed by emotions, by anxiety or depression. As this is a difficult time for you, you need the right therapist for you; trust your instinct to guide you.

I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Wimbledon in a safe, caring environment, facilitating natural ways of using and developing your own inner resources,  to explore your emotions, your thoughts and behaviours to bring about beneficial change. Life and work experiences have taught me to see people as individuals, each having different needs and experiences. That is the reason I trained in and can offer a unique mix of psychological therapies tailored to each client to help with a wide range of emotional issues.
