I am a counsellor offering a safe, confidential and supportive space where together we can explore issues, thoughts and behaviours that may be concerning you, and that you may feel are preventing you from getting as much out of life as you would like.
Counselling provides an opportunity for us to work together to look at areas where you may be struggling and address current concerns in a meaningful way. If you are happy to, we can look at how previous events and patterns may be affecting you now. Looking at your thoughts and feelings can help you take that first step towards greater self awareness and clarity in your life, so that you can make choices in the future.
I have experience of working with adults, adolescents and children and in a non-judgemental space I put the relationship at the heart of the therapy, taking the time you need to focus on what you want to explore. I use an integrative approach that draws on a variety of perspectives and ideas that allows me to meet your particular needs.
In our initial appointment we can discuss you're expectations, and if short term or more open ended work might be more helpful.
