I am a Therapist offering Counselling, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to individuals wishing to make positive changes in their lives. My background in Psychology allows me to explore, at a deeper level, the beliefs and thoughts that may be stopping you from reaching your full potential.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I have a BA Degree in Psychology, an Honours Degree in Psychology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from the University of East London, in Person-Centred (PC) and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
I have worked in the voluntary sector, primary care as well as privately.

Fees
For individuals: £20 for an initial consultation
£40 thereafter.

I am fully insured and registered with the BPS (British Psychological Society), as well as the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I am also a member of the BABCP (British Association for behavioural & cognitive therapies) and a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary & Alternative Practitioners.
