    Extra Information

I offer confidential therapy sessions in a warm, quiet, supportive environment at my Harley St practice. At our first meeting, we have plenty of time to talk about your reasons for coming and for me to make an initial assessment of how I could help you. Usually, we would agree to meet for at least 8 weekly sessions of 50 mins, at the end of which we review whether to end or decide to continue. Therapy provides a caring, insightful and creative relationship that can bring healing, growth and renewal.
