Unhappiness is a terrible thing. It disrupts daily life, having an impact on personal relationships, enthusiasm for work, rest and play. It leaves you feeling depressed, angry, sad, anxious or just stuck. It can leave you seeking an answer to an unknown question.
There may be a simple explanation for your feeling of unhappiness, or the reasons may be more complex - perhaps difficulty with anger management, bereavement, depression or problems in a relationship, fears about work or money, or the loss of someone close. Maybe it is not so easy to explain what's going on for you - there is just a nagging sense of things not being right.
Often it is difficult to find the right solution on your own, and turning to friends and family doesn't always provide the answer you are looking for. Talking to someone who is impartial and professionally trained to guide you in an environment that is confidential and safe can help to turn things around making the situation easier to cope with.
As a professionally trained psychotherapist with a private practice in Odiham, Hampshire, I am committed to providing effective, confidential psychotherapy and counselling, short or long term, and to tailoring my services to fit the individual needs of clients, in areas that include:
~ anger management
~ miscarriage and loss
~ low self-esteem, lack of confidence and motivation
~ relationship problems and breakdown
~ sexual identity issues
~ stress and anxiety
~ childhood neglect, abuse and trauma
~ the impact of bullying
Why not email or call me for a preliminary discussion? If we decide to work together, we will meet in my consulting room which is in Odiham, within easy reach of Hook, Alton, Basingstoke, Farnborough, Fleet, Aldershot and Guildford.
