Profile

Are you feeling angry, sad, anxious or just stuck?  Are you plagued by negative thoughts or have you simply lost interest in life?  Perhaps you are simply looking for an answer to an unknown question.

There may be a simple explanation for this, or the reasons may be more complex - perhaps difficulty managing anger, problems in a relationship, fears about work or money, or a loss of someone close. Maybe it is not so easy to explain what's going on for you - there is just a nagging sense of things not being right.

Often it is difficult to know what to do for the best, and turning to friends and family doesn't produce the answers you are looking for. Talking to someone who is impartial, professionally trained to help in an environment that is confidential and safe can help turn things around and make life easier to cope with.

I am a professionally trained psychotherapist with a private practice in Odiham.  I am committed to providing effective, confidential psychotherapy and counselling, short or longer term, and tailor this service to fit the individual needs of my clients.  I have helped people who have difficulties with:

~ depression and anger

~ bereavement, miscarriage and loss

~ low self-esteem, lack of confidence and motivation

~ relationship problems and breakdown

~ sexual identity issues

~ stress and anxiety

~ childhood neglect, abuse and trauma

~ the impact of bullying
