Profile
Counselling provides an opportunity for you to work towards living your life in a more fulfilling way. Within a safe environment you are able to look at specific issues around your thoughts, feelings, behaviour and experiences. It's about empowering, supporting and enabling you to find your own solutions in a way which respects your values, personal resources, and freedom of choice.
I feel passionately about my work, and am committed to making a difference to your life.
