Perhaps you are at a point in your life where you want to confront your difficulties? If so, I am able to draw on 25 years plus of experience and training using various theories and skills devised especially to help others. I have already helped many people to overcome their difficulties and to find their inner strengths. There is a good chance that, in a calm, confidential and accepting environment, I can help you achieve these things too. 
Whilst I certainly dont claim to have quick and easy answers to your problems, what I can do is help you to explore and change the underlying patterns which are creating them. I'm able to offer you many helpful approaches to enable you to make the changes you want and to find meaning and inner freedom in your lives. I retain an enduring fascination for the wisdom and potential power of your inner, or higher, self and a passionate committment to discovering new holistic applications and different therapeutic approaches to help you source this. I describe myself as a humanistic* practitioner but with a special interest in the work of Dr Carl Jung. This means that I will also bring to you psychodynamic* and transpersonal* principles where appropriate. In addition, the mind-body connection and the impact of the psyche on physical health has always provided a strong magnetic pull to me and I completed my Master's Degree dissertation on this topic, for which I'm pleased to say, I received a Distinction. Please note that I have included Couples* or Relationship Counselling, NLP and CBT* in my skills base.
More About Me
I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor. My theoretical approach generally can be described as Humanistic, but incorporating Cognitive and Psychodynamic principles also. I have had twenty five year's experience studying the skills and theories of one form of counselling theory or another.
I have been a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) since 1988, and an accredited member of the UK Association of Humanistic Psychology Practitioners (UKAHPP) since Jan 2002. I am now, since 2007, a registered member of the UK Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP)- Psychotherapeutic Counselling section.

Fees
Please note that, when clinically appropriate, it may well be possible to attend fortnightly sessions instead of making the usual weekly committment. Please feel free to discuss this option with me.
A. £50 per Individ per hour
B. £60 per Couple per hour (Initial Assessment 1.5 hrs - £90)
C. £45 Individual Counselling Supervision.
D. £15 for a 1.5 hour / 10 week Group (Networking for Women or The Kitchen table)
E. £30 per counsellor for a group of 4 for 2 hrs Group Supervision.
Further Information
My practice is just off the A25 between Dorking and Reigate.
It's a lovely peaceful environment at the foot of Boxhill. There is plenty of parking.
