Counsellor Profile
Counsellor in Enfield, counselling for anxiety, depression, relationships, stress.
I have helped many individuals over the years who are struggling with life's various challenges, such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship or family issues, loneliness, grief, loss of confidence, suicidal or hopeless feelings, illness, abuse, unmanageable anger, and addictions. Counselling is a way to work through difficult feelings, and gain help to cope with these challenges.
You may have difficult situations to face in your life (at home or work); you may feel overwhelmed or stuck and find it hard to cope on your own, yet not know whom to turn to for help.
I offer a safe, confidential and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings and concerns at your own pace, discover what your choices and resources are, and help you to find solutions that are right for you.
