About us

Welcome to West London Counselling and Psychotherapy Services where we provide you with a safe, secure environment where you can feel truly heard, supported and understood no matter what you're going through. We know that life doesn’t always go to plan and sometimes it can be hard to find your way through. And that’s where we come in.

We have a team of 30 counsellors and psychotherapists in our service, offering experienced and professional counselling, psychotherapy and talking therapy treatment face to face across the West and South West London area. We also offer sessions online via Zoom for those unable to reach one of our practices.

Our therapy team brings with it a vast wealth of experience and knowledge allowing us to help you with whatever you may be struggling with in life including: Addiction Therapy, Anger issues, Anxiety, Bi-Polar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Confidence issues, Couples Counselling, Depression, Eating Disorders, Family therapy, Group therapy, Identity Issues, Insomnia, LGBT+ Issues, Marriage Counselling, Over thinking, Phobias, Relationship Therapy, Rumination, Self-Destructive behaviours, Self-Esteem, Self-harm, Stress, Sex addiction, Sexual problems, Sex Therapy Smoking Cessation, Suicidal ideations, Trauma Therapy and Weight Management

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
