About me
I offer a calm, compassionate and confidential space where you can talk openly about what’s going on in your life. My work is grounded in a person-centred, holistic and non-judgmental approach, meaning you are always at the heart of the therapeutic process. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely heard, understood and accepted.
I work integratively and eclectically, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to suit each individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. This allows therapy to be flexible and responsive, adapting to your needs as they unfold. Sessions move at your pace, with care and sensitivity to what feels safe and manageable for you.
People come to counselling for many reasons, including anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, identity issues, shame, loss, or feeling stuck or disconnected. I also work with partners who may be impacted by relational or behavioural concerns, offering space to explore their own experiences and needs.
Alongside general counselling, I have experience supporting clients with addictive and compulsive behaviours, including sex and porn addiction (CSBD). This work is approached with compassion and without judgement, focusing on understanding underlying needs, reducing shame, and supporting healthier, more balanced ways of living.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Reaching out takes courage, and it’s the first step toward healing.
Wherever you are right now, I’m here to walk alongside yo to offer steadiness, understanding, and hope as you find your way forward.
So much of this journey begins with being truly understood. In our work together, you’ll find empathy, kindness, and acceptance.
My person-centred, holistic approach means we look at you, your story, your strengths, and the deeper needs beneath the behaviours.
Healing is not one-size-fits-all. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, bringing them together in an integrative and flexible way. This allows us to shape the work around what feels right for you, moment by moment.
