About me
Hello, I'm Vicky, a qualified Level 7 Integrative Psychotherapist offering a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when things feel overwhelming or difficult to manage alone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, trauma, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck, I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore what’s going on together, whether you're seeking change, greater self-understanding, or simply someone to listen without judgement.
As an integrative therapist, I believe there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I draw from person-centred, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural (CBT), existential and relational approaches, tailoring our work to your individual needs, experiences and goals.
I also have a background in Creative and Therapeutic Arts and can offer creative approaches if this is something you would like to explore. There is never any expectation to work creatively, and many people choose to engage entirely through conversation. We will always work in a way that feels right for you.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don't have to face things alone. If you feel we may be a good fit, I'd be delighted to hear from you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Finding the right therapist is one of the most important parts of beginning therapy. That's why I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation.
During this call, I'll ask a few questions to gain an understanding of what has brought you to therapy, and you'll have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and get a sense of whether I feel like the right therapist for you. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.
