MBACP Integrative Therapist

About me

Therapy for Adults

  •  Available Online and in Aldershot & Farnham
  • £65 per session
  • Integrative Somatic, Trauma-Informed Therapist

Everyone carries a story — sometimes it’s clear, and sometimes it’s tangled, painful, or unfinished. You might be holding an experience you’ve never fully spoken about, or navigating something right now that feels overwhelming or too big to manage alone. Whatever chapter you’re in, you deserve space to make sense of it and be supported while you do.

I offer a grounded, compassionate, and confidential space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and explore what’s really going on. Together, we focus on what you want to change and how to move towards it in a way that feels steady and manageable.

How I support clients

Emotional Wellbeing:

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, and the pressure that comes with them
  • Low mood, feeling stuck, and struggling to move forward

Relationships & Connection:

  • Relationship, family, and friendship tensions
  • Trust issues and betrayals
  • Self-esteem, identity, and people-pleasing

Trauma & Past Experiences:

  • Childhood trauma, traumatic experiences, and sexual abuse

Life Transitions & Loss:

  • Grief, loss, and gentle support through the moments that reshape your life
  • Parenthood and the emotional challenges that come with it

Neurodiversity:

  • ADHD & neurodiversity, with space to explore identity, overwhelm, and emotional regulation

Health & Difficult Journeys:

  • Living with illness, chronic conditions, or cancer and finding emotional support through it all

Sexuality & Expression:

  • A space to talk openly about sex, desire, and adult-industry experiences without shame

I use practical tools that help you understand your emotions and reactions, supporting you to feel calmer and more in control. These approaches can be especially helpful when you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, or trauma.

We can work short-term with clear goals or longer-term for deeper exploration. Sessions are shaped around what feels right for you — talking therapy, somatic work, creative approaches, or gentle movement. There’s no pressure to fit a certain style; we adapt together.

I’m here to walk alongside you, adjusting the approach so you feel held, understood, and supported.

I am able to work with The Rewind Technique • Flash Technique • Mindfulness • Breathwork • EFT • Integrative somatic methods

Experience:

I currently work in private practice with both short-term and long-term clients, as well as supporting professionals experiencing stress and burnout through an EAP.

Previously, I worked as a student counsellor for young adults (16+), supporting people through anxiety, academic pressure, identity exploration, trauma, relationships, neurodiversity, sexuality, self-esteem, and loss.

Before training as a therapist, I spent ten years as a massage therapist supporting clients with chronic pain, illness, stress, and cancer — an experience that deeply informs my somatic, body-aware approach today.

What to expect:

You’ll meet a therapist who is professional but human — someone you can talk to without feeling judged or analysed from a distance. The therapeutic relationship sits at the heart of the work, and I’ll meet you exactly where you are. If something doesn’t fit, we adapt. Therapy should feel supportive, not stressful.

When you’re ready, reach out and we can begin the process together.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
