About me
I’m a psychodynamic therapist offering online and in-person sessions in London and in Brighton UK.
Please note: All my London in-person sessions are currently fully booked. Online sessions can be arranged . In-person and online sessions in Brighton are currently available.
With a background in nursing and mental health, I bring a grounded, compassionate understanding of both emotional and physical wellbeing. I believe real change begins when we feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood, not managed or directed.
I’m drawn to the quieter, more complex parts of human experience, the feelings that may not make sense at first, yet can hold deep emotional truth.
Therapy with me is a place to explore what’s asking to be understood. To make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have felt lost or unheard. Together, we work towards a deeper sense of understanding and ease within yourself and your relationships.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a psychotherapeutic therapist and former registered nurse, with a background in both physical and mental health care. I originally trained overseas, where I developed a strong interest in community wellbeing, particularly within native and marginalised communities, alongside the impact of social policy on mental health and access to care. My early professional experience included working within mental health settings, supporting individuals experiencing emotional distress, trauma, and complex life challenges.
I later trained at postgraduate level at University of Sussex and University of Brighton, specialising in psychodynamic psychotherapy. My work is grounded in creating a thoughtful, relational, and reflective therapeutic space where people can explore patterns, emotions, identity, and the impact of early experiences on adult life. I live and work in Brighton and also practise in London, offering therapy to adults and young people both in person and online.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
