About You - For Couples
Are you looking for support in your relationship? Are you looking to improve your connection, communication and intimacy? Have you been diagnosed with ADHD or think you or your partner might be and it’s affecting your relationship? Are you or your partner suffering with psychosexual difficulties [mismatched desire, digital / porn infidelity, menopause-related changes, arousal, pain, orgasm issues]? Has there been relationship breakdown, an affair or are you thinking of separation? Are there conflicts in your relationship that feel like an old familiar pattern? Whether you're in crisis or just want to deepen your relationship, couples therapy can provide clarity, compassion and practical tools to move forward. At The Wellbeing Garden, we help partners hear each other more fully, shift entrenched patterns and co-create more fulfilling, respectful connections.
About You - For individuals
Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, lonely, feeling depressed or stressed? Are you experiencing work pressures or find yourself stuck in patterns that are no longer serving you? Or struggling with family issues or have low self-esteem? Have you suffered from trauma and /or abuse or are you grieving? Are you thinking about your identity, life transitions or emotional regulation? Therapy isn't about fixing you - it's about you better understanding yourself, your needs and how to move through the world with more agency and compassion. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, the most meaningful work begins when you give yourself permission to slow down, reflect and truly be heard.
About You - Trainees / Therapists-in-Training
Are you a therapist-in-training looking for a placement to reach qualification? Are you studying to at least Level 4 in Counselling or Level 7 in Psychosexual Psychotherapy? Trainees are supported by The Wellbeing Garden through regular clinical supervision in a learning-focussed environment that values ethical, inclusive and person-centred practice. Please get in touch if you're interested in applying.
