About us
At our therapy centre, we understand that taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, which is why we’ve created a warm, welcoming space where you can feel safe, supported, and at ease from the moment you arrive.
Our centre is home to a diverse team of experienced therapists offering a wide range of approaches, including CBT, Psychodynamic Counselling, Integrative Therapy, Couples Counselling, and more. This means we can help connect you with the right therapist and therapeutic style to suit your individual needs, whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, relationships, trauma, low mood, stress, or personal growth.
We are also pleased to be able to offer private ADHD and Autism assessments in our centre.
We know that the environment plays an important role in feeling comfortable enough to open up. Our therapy rooms have been thoughtfully designed to create calm, private, and peaceful spaces where both clients and therapists can focus fully on the work that matters most - your wellbeing.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and neither is our centre. We are proud to offer a professional yet personal environment where healing, understanding, and lasting change can begin.
Training, qualifications & experience
Our therapists are highly qualified professionals with a wealth of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Each practitioner brings their own specialist training, therapeutic style, and clinical expertise, allowing us to offer support that is tailored to the unique needs of every client.
Within our centre, therapists work across a variety of modalities including CBT, Psychodynamic Counselling, Integrative Therapy, Person-Centred Counselling, Couples Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches. This diversity means we are able to match clients with the therapist and therapeutic approach best suited to their goals, whether they are seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, low self-esteem, stress, grief, or personal growth.
We can also offer private ADHD and Autism assessments directly from our centre.
All therapists practising within our centre are committed to ongoing professional development, regular clinical supervision, and maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards. Our focus is always on creating a safe, supportive, and effective therapeutic experience where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
