About me
Whether an individual or couple you'd benefit from working with me if you're ready to implement a lifestyle change that will open you to a more pleasurable and fulfilling relationship and sex life and therefore, expand your quality of life. “The quality of your life ultimately depends on the quality of your (sex &) relationships . ." Esther Perel.
When it comes to sex and relationships we have to understand whats happening in our bodies! I will facilitate you in discovering what your body wants and needs which will create a map in supporting you in getting from where you are now to where you'd most like to be. I will create a comfortable and easeful environment for your exploration.
Exploring sex and relationships is usually a non-linear and vulnerable process that takes a courageous heart. If you're beginning to open the door to exploring yourself in this way please take a moment to celebrate yourself! If you feel drawn to my profile please reach out and I look forward to seeing how I can best support you.
ABOUT TEGAN
I am a trauma-informed sex and relationship therapist and a somatic sex coach. My training, private practice and personal passions are anchored in creative/healthy relating & communication, conscious kink, sex positivity, trauma integration and erotic embodiment.
A big part of my passion is breaking down sexual and relational taboos to access our agency, choice and options to recreate the relationships and sex we truly desire. I am moved to bring this work to relationships, individuals and groups that desire to know themselves in this way.
I have a therapeutic, somatic and process orientated approach and works creatively with visualisation and imagination. My background is in yoga, bodywork and shamanic/energy healing which adds a holistic and Eastern perspective to my work along with my western training.

I undertook my clinical training at the North London Hospice, Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust and The Awareness Centre in Clapham.
These trainings diversified my experience and I have worked in areas of gender, disability, non-monogamy, LGBTQ, communication difficulties, relational conflict, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, differentiating sexual orientation in relationship, differentiating sexual desire, sexual dysfunction e.g. erectile/ejaculation issues, orgasm difficulties, unexplained vaginal pain.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
