About me
My name is Steven Mallows and my practice is called Plus+ Counselling as I am keen to reach out to those in and outside of the LGBTQ+ community. I offer person-centred counselling with an outlook to explore an individuals own narrative. We can look to explore anxieties, family issues, depressive thoughts and identity. Sessions will be 50 minutes and can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
