Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, UKCP (Accredited)

About me

Offering open-ended psychoanalytic psychotherapy from one to three sessions per week. The aim is to provide a space in which thoughts, feelings, and experiences can be explored, and where what is not yet known about oneself may gradually come into view.

Psychotherapy is a special place, usually most effective in person, although telephone sessions can occasionally be arranged when appropriate.

Making contact can feel like an important first step. Following an initial enquiry, an appointment for a consultation will be arranged. The consultation lasts 50 minutes and provides an opportunity to discuss what has led you to seek therapy at this time, your current circumstances, and whether working together feels right. If so, a fee and a regular meeting time can be agreed.

Training, qualifications & experience

Experienced and accredited Psychotherapist, Stéphan has worked in mental health across the private, public, and voluntary sectors. His experience includes working with adults of all ages, those who have resettled in the UK, and persons with learning or relational challenges, as well as those who find it hard to connect with others or with their own inner life.
