Further information
My aim as a therapist is to encourage my clients to speak their truth, to help them identify what they wish to change and teach them about the tools that allow us to focus on what really matters. We are all human beings and as such can go from high pain to wry humour and this is reflected in my therapy practice.
Confidentiality and personal safety are paramount. I try to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can share the issues that cause you pain, frustrations you may have to confront on a daily basis and difficulties that are disrupting your life’s purpose.
By looking at our past through new perspectives, we may find closure and deep peace.
