About me
Couples and Individual Therapy in Central & North London and Online
I am a fully qualified and experienced therapist offering short and long-term psychotherapy for couples and individuals. I work face-to-face from my consulting rooms in Fitzrovia and Finsbury Park, and also remotely via Zoom. I have worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
Couples
I work with couples at many different stages of their relationship. You may be feeling stuck in recurring arguments, struggling with communication, trust, or intimacy, or finding yourselves feeling distant or disconnected from one another.
Perhaps you are dealing with the impact of an affair, a major life transition, fertility issues, parenthood, illness, or the pressures of work and family life. Some couples come to therapy in crisis; others want support to strengthen and deepen their relationship before difficulties become overwhelming.
Where separation is being considered, therapy can offer a thoughtful and contained space to gain clarity and move forward with greater care and respect particularly where children and shared responsibilities are involved.
Couples therapy offers a space to understand what is happening between you. With the support of a therapist, you can begin to explore unhelpful patterns, express difficult feelings safely, and develop new ways of relating that feel more supportive, honest, and connected.
My aim is to provide a warm, professional, and non-judgemental environment where both partners feel heard and respected. I pay close attention to the dynamics between you, helping each of you understand your own emotional responses as well as those of your partner.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor the work to your relationship. This often includes exploring how early attachment experiences and past relationships influence the way you connect, manage conflict, and experience closeness today.
Individuals
Alongside couples work, I also offer individual therapy for people who wish to explore a broad range of personal difficulties. These may include anxiety, depression, addictions, eating issues, low self esteem and loss either due to bereavement, the end of a relationship, redundancy etc.
Next Steps
I offer a free up to 30 minute introductory conversation by phone or Zoom which you can schedule via my profile.
If it feels right to continue, we can arrange an initial consultation where I will learn more about what brings you to therapy and the history of your issue.
There is no obligation to continue beyond this. If I am not the right therapist for you, I'll do my best to help you find an alternative therapist or service better suited to your needs.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
