About me

HI there.

I'm a NCPS Therapeutic Counsellor who works with clients from the creative industries (film, music and the arts) in the areas of anxiety, depression, burnout and addiction.

Would you like a safe, enriching and confidential space that enables you to uncover the solutions you need? To identify issues that are causing stress or blocking you from accessing your full potential?

I can provide this.  In this space I witness your life story and help you to discover any blind spots obstructing your healing, and create opportunity for change.

The foundation of the therapeutic process is the relationship between therapist and client. We will navigate your current situation and pin point any unconscious beliefs and limitations through the use of a variety of methods.

These may include:

  • Uncover your past and understand how it is influencing who you are now in your present.
  • Bring awareness to your unconscious parts of self through present moment awareness, hypnotherapy and inner child investigation.
  • Learn to work with your inner voice to learn what you need on an unconscious level.
  • Look at patterns in your life and what your thoughts, feelings and behaviours can teach about your beliefs of yourself, others and the world.
  • Work out what you really want from this life and creatively action a plan.
  •  Use your own inner wisdom to utilise existing skills and talents to support your future self with a loving and supportive inner dialogue.

Complementary exploratory call, let's talk!

Please feel free, to get in touch if you are looking for a safe space to explore your issues, I offer a free no-obligations 20-minute introductory phone or video call to all new clients, where you can ask any questions about therapy, what I can offer you and whether we’re a good fit for each other.
