About me
I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and/or addiction. Many of my clients have spent years feeling different, misunderstood, or disconnected—from themselves, others, or a world that wasn’t built with their needs in mind. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and rooted in harm reduction, self-exploration, and deep self-compassion.
Together, we work to understand your unique sensory experiences, process past events, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been neglected or hidden away—whether that’s your inner child, your true needs, or the parts of you seeking relief through unwanted behaviours. Healing isn’t about forcing change or meeting external expectations; it’s about honouring your own pace, making sense of your experiences, and finding ways to live more fully as yourself.
The relationship between therapist and client is the foundation of the therapeutic process. I will use various methods such as transactional analysis, nervous system regulation, and hypnotherapy to help you navigate your current situation and identify unconscious beliefs and limitations.
These may include:
- Uncover your past and understand how it is influencing who you are now in your present, empowering you to take control of your future.
- Bring awareness to your unconscious parts of self through present-moment awareness, hypnotherapy and inner child investigation.
- Learn to work with your inner voice to learn what you unconsciously need.
- Look at patterns in your life and what your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours can teach about your beliefs about yourself, others, and the world.
- Work out what you really want from this life and creatively action a plan.
- Use your inner wisdom to use your existing skills and talents to support your future self through a loving and supportive inner dialogue.
- Together, we can create permanent change and fulfilment in the areas in your life that are important to you, providing you with the support and hope you need.
Please feel free to contact me if you are looking for a safe space to explore your choices. I offer all new clients a free, no-obligation 20-minute introductory phone or video call, providing you with a comfortable and risk-free way to learn more about therapy and my services.
