Nisa is a BACP-registered psychotherapist and a UKCP-qualified Master’s student in Integrative Psychotherapy. Operating out of Tardebigge, Worcestershire, and Leamington Spa, she provides in-person and online therapy.
Nisa specialises in relational attachment issues, trauma, complex family dynamics, and anxiety, operating from a relationally psychodynamic perspective. Nisa provides a safe, non-judgmental space to help clients explore underlying patterns, build emotional tolerance, and gain the self-awareness needed to navigate life's challenges with greater agency.
Alex Musto, Sex and Relationship Therapist, Clinical Sexologist (available online and in person in Leamington Spa evenings, weekdays and weekends)
Alex is a specialist relationship counsellor who helps couples break free from cycles of conflict, silence, and emotional distance. By acting as an impartial "ally to the relationship," she creates a secure space where both partners can explore their needs without fear of judgment. Loraine Proctor – Trauma-Informed EMDR Therapist - (available Friday and Saturday in Stratford)
Loraine has over 10 years of experience working with adults, specialising in trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. She is a qualified EMDR practitioner and an expert in supporting survivors of trauma. Loraine adopts an integrative approach, combining various therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual’s needs, helping clients achieve greater self-awareness and emotional healing.
Rachel Gismondi-Mitchell Psychotherapist and integrative counsellor (available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening in Henley-In-Arden)
Rachel is a compassionate and dedicated counsellor, an accredited CBT therapist and a member of BACP. She specialises in supporting clients aged 16 and above, helping with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. Rachel has a keen interest in working with individuals to build resilience, improve self-esteem, and develop coping strategies. She also has a special interest in the relationship between hormones and women`s health, and how these factors influence mood, emotional regulation, and overall mental wellbeing. With a warm and empathetic approach, she creates a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their feelings, gain insight, and foster personal growth.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
