About me

Welcome – I'm really glad you've found me.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. You might be struggling with anxiety, feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, carrying the weight of past experiences, or finding that your relationships are no longer bringing you the happiness you'd hoped for. Perhaps you've spent so long looking after everyone else that you've forgotten how to look after yourself.

Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to face it alone.

I offer a warm, compassionate and confidential space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard and begin to understand what's happening beneath the surface. Together, we'll explore what's holding you back, discover your strengths, and work towards creating lasting, meaningful change that feels right for you.

I'm proud to have been recognised for the quality of care I provide. In addition to receiving the Prestige Award 2025/2026 for Couples Counselling, my practice was recently honoured with the Prestige Award 2026/2027 for Best Counselling Clinic in the South East. These awards reflect my commitment to providing thoughtful, professional and compassionate support to every client who walks through my door.

How I Can Help
I work with adults, young people (12+) and couples experiencing a wide range of emotional and relationship challenges, with particular experience supporting clients with:

Anxiety and panic
Depression and low mood
Trauma and PTSD
ADHD, autism and neurodiversity
Low self-esteem and confidence
Relationship and family difficulties
Stress and burnout
Life transitions and identity

Whether you've struggled for years or something has happened recently that's left you feeling unlike yourself, therapy can help you understand what's happening and move forward with greater confidence and self-belief.

My Approach
No two people are the same, which is why I tailor therapy to you rather than expecting you to fit a particular approach.

Drawing on Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, CBT and Psychodynamic approaches, I work collaboratively to help you understand yourself more deeply, process difficult experiences and develop healthier ways of coping.

Alongside counselling, I also offer coaching for clients seeking practical support with confidence, career development, relationships, stress management and personal growth. Therapy and coaching can be combined where appropriate to help you both heal and move forward.

What to Expect
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it's completely normal to feel nervous.

Our first session isn't about judgement or having all the answers. It's simply a conversation where I take time to understand you, your experiences and what you'd like to be different.

Many clients tell me they leave their first appointment feeling lighter, more hopeful and relieved to have finally shared what they've been carrying.

My aim is for you to feel accepted, understood and supported from the very beginning.

Let's Take the First Step Together
You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Whether you're looking for support through a difficult period, wanting to better understand yourself, or hoping to create positive change in your life or relationships, I'd be honoured to work alongside you.

Appointments are available in Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells and online throughout the UK.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
