About me
I specialise in helping people struggling with narcissistic abuse, sexual trauma and dysfunctional families.
Some relationships can leave us feeling overwhelmed, helpless, hopeless and even worthless. These feelings can, in some cases, get trapped in time, creating deep pain. I offer support in working through these feelings and exploring what went wrong, what can be done to resolve the pain and loss involved and how to choose and maintain healthier relationships in the future.
Whether the pain is new or long-term, sharing that pain with a trustworthy counsellor who has relevant experience and understands what you are going through can help release you from the bonds that prevent you from being happy.
Please do get in touch if this kind of support sounds potentially helpful for you.

Further information
I meet with clients online, for their safety and convenience.
I use an integrative approach to counselling, offering a combination of person-centred and narrative therapy, supporting my clients in seeking understanding as to how past and current trauma and relationships are affecting their feelings and responses and helping them find new, healthier ways of managing their emotions and resolving anxiety and depression.
Every one of my clients is unique and so what I offer in our sessions together is responsively designed to meet their individual needs and preferences, to support them in feeling both safe and valued.
