I work integratively using various modalities I am trained in, to tailor my approach based on your unique needs and values. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgemental and open space for us to explore what matters to you. I believe therapy happens in the context of a relationship we build together.
At times the aim is to find deeper meanings, connections and fulfilment; other times the depth of suffering might stop us from functioning on a day-to-day basis. I am experienced in working with a range of difficulties such as low self-esteem, sense of isolation and loneliness, immigration and cultural integration issues, attachment difficulties, depression, social and generalised anxiety, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, mood-related difficulties, bipolarity, body-related problems, sexual and sexuality challenges, trauma-related struggles, and family and relationship issues.
I am also available if you need professional support and a safely held space to deal with everyday struggles of being a human being faced with life's ups and downs, changes, losses, as well as identity, existential and spiritual dilemmas.
