Counsellor/Psychotherapist

About me

Welcome! You're in the right place.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected - like no one quite gets what you're going through?

You’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

As a counsellor, I don’t offer quick fixes. What I offer is something far more meaningful: a space where you can simply be. A space where your feelings are valid, your story matters, and you're met with empathy, not judgement.

What makes my approach different?

Radical Empathy - I meet you where you are. You won’t have to explain or defend how you feel. You’ll be heard, truly heard, and accepted without condition.

A Non-Judgmental Relationship - Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, identity struggles, or simply trying to understand yourself or make sense of your life, I offer an open, respectful, and grounded presence.

Human-to-Human Connection, I don’t sit behind a wall of clinical detachment. I show up as a real person, with you, creating a space that feels warm, steady, and safe enough for you to explore whatever needs attention.

I believe therapy should feel like a deep breath, a relief from pressure to pretend you're ok.

My clients often tell me they feel more comfortable with me than they ever expected to feel in a therapeutic setting. That’s not an accident - it’s the heart of my work.

My Promise:

This is a place for you. No masks, no pressure, no shame. Just connection, care, and space to unfold.

If you're not sure where to start, that's okay. You don’t need the right words - just a willingness to begin. I’ll meet you there.
