Counsellor/Psychotherapist

About me

I’m a psychotherapist specialising in anxiety, depression, trauma, and parent-child relationships. I offer a non-judgemental, empathic space where clients (50% of my clientele are neurodivergent) can explore challenges, break free from the grip of persistent worry, emotional overwhelm, and past wounds, guiding them towards clarity, and resilience. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and focused on creating lasting change.

My clients often tell me they feel more comfortable with me than they ever expected to feel in a therapeutic setting. That’s not an accident - it’s the heart of my work.
