About me

Experienced, accredited and grounded, I offer a warm, professional space where you can feel safe to explore whatever is bringing you to therapy. As a pluralistic, person-centred therapist, I tailor my approach to suit you as an individual—whether you are seeking short-term support or longer-term, deeper exploration.

You may be looking for space to gently unravel your thoughts, feelings and emotions, or you may be navigating a particularly challenging time. I work empathically and compassionately alongside you, helping you to make sense of your experiences, build resilience, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

I have experience supporting clients with a range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and bereavement, phobias, childhood wounds, and the impact of emotional or psychological abuse. I am trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming and spiritually aware, and welcome people from all backgrounds.

I offer sessions in-person, online, or by telephone, allowing flexibility to suit your needs. As a clinically supervised accredited member of the NCPS, I work to high professional and ethical standards.

At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone deserves a safe, non-judgemental space to be heard and understood. I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and see if we feel like the right fit.
