About me
I am experienced in a broad range of issues including trauma, abusive relationships, intimacy issues, relationship issues. Childhood traumas, work related issues, ADHD clients and Autistic Clients, Clients from diverse backgrounds and many more have worked with me and seen the benefit of my non-judgemental, kind and compassionate approach. I am able to look at the client as an individual and tailor therapy to the specifics of their needs. For the past 3 years, I have worked for the global company BetterHelp.com and I had the benefit of experience with working with clients from all over the world. Except for the U.S.A. I have received some wonderful reviews which can be found online and I hope to grow my business by beginning some training as a couples therapist in the near future.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully accredited Level 5 Diploma in Counselling with Psychotherapy. NCPS number 01426. I have a lot of experience working with young people and older people and I established private practice in 2021 after working in establishments such as schools and charities. I have worked at a charity which helps young people: London Young Counselling and for a large Equestrian organisation which uses horses to help children from dysfunctional and difficult backgrounds.
I have extensive experience working with adults who have also experienced a range of difficulties since I set up private practice. I am trained in the Pluralistic approach which encompasses a range of counselling approaches, including the Psychodynamic, talking therapy, CBT, self hypnosis, addiction, abuse, grief and trauma therapy.

I am a very calm and kind individual who emits strength and positivity. I believe that people who feel seen, heard and validated can be facilitated to grow. Sometimes the possibilities are limitless. I have done a lot of short term and longer term work and witnessed some amazing transformations.
