About me
I offer integrative psychological therapy for adults, working with individuals, couples, and people in a range of relationship structures who feel stuck in patterns in themselves or their relationships. This can include work stress and burnout, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, identity questions (including LGBTQ+ experiences), and life transitions or decisions.
My approach combines depth and reflection with practical change. Together we make sense of what’s happening, understand patterns, and develop ways to respond differently that feel workable in everyday life.
I work both in person and online, offering a flexible and accessible space for therapy.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical and Counselling) with over 17 years’ clinical experience, working with individuals and couples.
I have extensive postgraduate training in clinical psychology, with a strong grounding in psychodynamic psychotherapy, and further training in couple therapy, including psychodynamic and emotion-focused approaches.
I work integratively, drawing on:
- Emotion-focused therapy (EFT)
- Focusing-Oriented Therapy (FOT)
- Mindfulness-based approaches
- Third-wave CBT
- Compassion-informed approaches
- Relational and consent-based approaches to intimacy and connection (Wheel of Consent)
These approaches are integrated and tailored to support both depth of understanding and meaningful change.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
