About me
Psychotherapist/Counsellor Specialising in Attachment, Relationships, Anxiety & Emotional Patterns
Do you find yourself overthinking in relationships, feeling anxious when someone pulls away, or stuck repeating the same emotional patterns?
You might notice that you:
feel “too much” or not enough in relationships
worry about being rejected, abandoned, or replaced
struggle to trust, open up, or feel secure
keep ending up in the same cycles, even when you try to change
Sometimes, these patterns can also show up as strong emotional reactions—such as anger, frustration, or shutting down—especially in close relationships.
These experiences are often linked to your attachment style—how you have learned to connect, feel safe, and relate to others.
I specialise in helping people understand and work through these patterns, so you can feel more secure, balanced, and in control of your emotions and relationships.
As an accredited Integrative Relational Counsellor, I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we will look at how your past experiences may be shaping your present, and begin to make meaningful, lasting changes.
This way of working can be especially helpful if you feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand or can’t seem to shift on your own.
Short-term and longer-term work
Some people come with a specific issue they would like support with over a shorter period (for example, 4–6 sessions), while others prefer open-ended therapy to explore things more deeply. We will decide together what feels right for you, with no pressure to commit beyond what you need.
I work with individuals and couples, both in person and online.
I offer a free 15-minute initial call if you would like to see whether working together feels right.
If you are struggling with relationship difficulties, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, anger, trauma, or feeling stuck in life, we can explore these together in a way that feels safe and manageable.
Healing happens through relationships—both with ourselves and others. By working relationally, we can begin to understand how past and present experiences shape the way you think, feel, and interact with the world, and build greater self-awareness, emotional stability, and lasting change.
Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but it can also be the beginning of real change. If this resonates with you, you’re very welcome to get in touch. Contact me on: 07909123894 if I do not answer leave me a voice message or send me a text

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
