About me
Hi, I’m Laura—an integrative psychotherapist dedicated to helping you reconnect with yourself.
I believe therapy is a powerful space to navigate life’s challenges, rediscover inner strength, and create meaningful change. My integrative approach means I draw from a wide range of psychotherapeutic disciplines, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and circumstances.
Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, my aim is to provide a grounded, compassionate space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, exploring your inner world and building lasting tools to support your growth.
What you can expect:
A safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where your feelings and experiences are respected without judgment.
A collaborative, trusting relationship based on honesty, empathy, and mutual respect.
A personalised, integrative approach that adapts to who you are—not a one-size-fits-all method.
Areas I’m especially passionate about:
Women’s issues (self-worth, body image, life transitions, reproductive health, etc.)
LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, offering a safe space to explore identity, relationships, and challenges without fear of misunderstanding or stigma.
Therapists-in-training—I understand how expensive and demanding training can be, and I offer concession rates to support students needing to complete a course of therapy to support their studies. Please reach out to discuss how we can make this accessible and sustainable for you.
Additionally, my ongoing studies in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology (MSc) inform my practice, allowing me to hold space for clients interested in exploring deeper existential, spiritual, or transpersonal dimensions alongside traditional psychotherapy.
Students and the unwaged receive a £10 discount on each session.
If you're curious to see how we could work together, I’d love to hear from you. Please reach out to book a free 20- minute introductory call to see if we are a good fit.
Thank you for visiting my profile!
