About me
I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space for you to bring whatever you need to. We can focus on immediate coping strategies to manage today, as well as a gradual, in-depth exploration of your history to inform the future.
I work with Individual Adults and Young People (14+), and Couples.
I am a trauma informed Therapist with extensive experience working with a huge variety of issues. These commonly include anxiety, OCD, attachment issues, relationships, life transitions, low self-esteem, stress, fears & phobias and addiction. However, I am open to welcoming whatever you choose to bring.
I can offer support with identifying, navigating and managing neurodiversity such as ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia. I have experience supporting neurodiverse young people as well as adults who have been diagnosed, or question neurodiverse traits later in life.
My approach is integrative, meaning I am trained to be proficient in a range of theories and methods. This helps me to adapt to your individual needs. Whether you’re seeking practical tools, deeper self-understanding, or both, therapy can be a place for self-exploration and personal growth, leading to lasting change.
Alongside individual sessions, I offer Couples Therapy, supporting couples to navigate difficult periods, rebuild trust and improve healthy communication, learning to set new boundaries and meet each others needs.
Couples Therapy can help support with issues such as infidelity and betrayal, recurring conflict, infertility, parenting, life changes, sex problems and communication challenges.
My aim is always to create an authentic, genuine, confidential space where you can relax, be yourself, feel truly heard and supported as we work together toward a new future.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
