About me

Hello and welcome, thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am a mum of two and a nanny of three and had my fair share of challenges in life. I studied counselling for four years at university and my learning is very much ongoing. I have a passion for people and the mind and believe in positivity for a healthier life. Confidence is not always a given for some people, some of us have to work hard at it. It is for that reason I provide a safe, calm confidential space to explore what may be going on for you and together I aim to support you to make sense of your feelings and see a way forward from difficulties. I provide a safe warm space, not only for healing but also for those looking for self-discovery or just a place to come for words of comfort, solace, compassion and healing. I am gentle in my approach with my clients and provide a soft bespoke core approach to therapy.

I am an Integrative Counsellor BA (Hons) combining a personal-centred and a CBT approach, and I am registered with the NCPS. (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society). I am trained in several theories that I bring to the therapeutic relationship to support my clients. I work in a confidential, non-judgemental, empathic, and honest manner. I work in talking therapy and creative ways to explore emotions and difficulties to support you in finding meaning and positivity in your life.

Life can be challenging at times and sometimes we struggle to cope. You may feel you are struggling with experiences of depression, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, anxiety, stress, need coping mechanism, conflicts in relationships, feelings of deep sadness, suffering bereavement, or life-changing events. You may be experiencing self-sabotage. You may just be feeling a little lost in your life right now and need some direction.

I work with adults from the age of 16. I appreciate how daunting it can be to look for the right therapist and start a therapeutic journey. Please feel free to contact me for a free telephone consultation.
