I specialise in Narcissistic Abuse/ Abuse & Toxic behaviour.

About me

You’re done with the bullshit.. the eggshells, the blame, the emotional chaos.. It’s time to name it, feel it, and move the fuck on.. to find your voice, trust your gut, and start living life on your own damn terms.

I work online with individuals (13+), couples & family members who are done second-guessing themselves after years of toxic, abusive, or narcissistic relationships.. whether that’s with a partner, ex, or family.

Are you stuck in a toxic or narcissistic relationship?  Maybe it’s with a partner, ex, or family member. Or maybe you’re in a relationship where past trauma keeps showing up...fueling the same shitty arguments, emotional shutdowns, or reactive patterns...even though you both want things to work.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Walking on eggshells, terrified of saying no
  • Keeping constantly busy so you don’t have to feel
  • Feeling unsure who the fuck you even are anymore
  • Struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD/CPTSD, sleep issues, chronic pain, migraines, stomach problems, or autoimmune conditions.

These can all be signs of trauma, and they don't have to define you.

Why I get it

I grew up in a narcissistic family. I know firsthand how deep this shit cuts...and I believe appropriate self-disclosure matters. Sometimes it helps to know your therapist really gets it.

I’m straight-talking, honest and actively involved in sessions. Expect:

  • Honesty & validation
  • Emotional support
  • Reframing & perspective shifts
  • Parenting support if needed
  • And yes, I swear (sometimes only “WTF?!” will do)

Couples Counselling for Trauma, Toxic Patterns & Healing

Maybe one- or both- of you experienced childhood abuse, neglect, or toxic relationships that still impact how you connect today. That trauma doesn’t just magically fuck off and it affects how you argue, connect and trust.

Couples therapy with me is a chance to:

  • Understand yourselves and each other on a deeper level
  • Rebuild trust (if possible)
  • Break toxic cycles
  • Decide if staying together is truly right

Couples counselling takes commitment, honesty, and courage. But the payoff is worth it: healthier connection, stronger boundaries, and clarity about your future... together or apart.

I help couples:

  • Recognise trauma responses playing out in your relationship
  • Spot toxic patterns without shame
  • Understand how you trigger each other
  • Break cycles & build healthier boundaries
    Improve communication
  • Decide honestly whether to grow together... or part respectfully

I don’t take sides. I witness how you relate in real time and support both of you toward a healthier future. This work isn’t about blame... it’s about honesty, healing, and choosing what’s next.

Joint Work (for 2 family members)

Maybe one of you stayed in contact with your parents while the other went No Contact.  Maybe you both stepped away.

Rebuilding a healthy relationship is fucking hard.  When you've come from a family where boundaries aren't modelled, its all too easy to slip back in to old patterns when you're together.

Joint work gives you space to slow things down,, under what's really going on, improve communication, & build something more balances, respectful, & genuinely supportive; together.

Therapy with me

You don’t have to keep living like this. With the right support, you’ll feel some relief almost straight away.

Yes... it’s bloody scary to share honestly. Healing may be the hardest and bravest thing you ever do, but it’s worth it. Together, we’ll explore new perspectives, boundaries (including contact, low/no contact, and forgiveness), and the tough decisions you’ve been avoiding.

As a single parent, I had to make what felt like impossible decisions for me and my now adult child... so I know how heavy that shit can feel. You’ll have my full support on your healing journey, which is always unique to you.

I have trained in Narcissistic Abuse, Trauma, Abuse & Self Harm/Risk. I have specific training to work with Adults, Teens, Couples & Family Systems. I have lived experience of Narcissistic Abuse & family issues.
