I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor with a comprehensive background in psychology, hypnotherapy, pluralistic counselling, emotional clearing and mindfulness. I provide a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement.
I’m passionate about transforming people’s lives and helping them find a deeper connection with their true selves by working through past traumas, navigating life’s challenges and setting goals for the future. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, helping you to move forward with resilience and confidence.
I offer in-person sessions in Woodley, Reading as well as online sessions for convenient virtual therapy from the comfort of your home.
