About me

Hello, my name is Jodi and I’m a qualified CBT therapist, able to work with adults and young people. I use evidence based cognitive behavioural therapy techniques in the treatment of a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, panic, low self-esteem and PTSD. Where appropriate, I may incorporate techniques informed by other therapies.

Whether you know what you’d like help with, or just feel ‘stuck’ or ‘not yourself’, I provide an opportunity for you to explore your problems, understand the approach and rationale for techniques used, and teach you to apply these in your everyday life in order to improve your psychological well-being.

You may feel worried and vulnerable starting therapy but I deliver this in a warm, empathic, and supportive way, without judgment, and within a safe, confidential therapeutic space.

I know from personal experience how valuable and life-changing personal therapy can be, and I’m passionate about supporting and comforting in times of need, and helping you to get your life back on track and become the best version of yourself you can be.
