About me

Life can overwhelm us in many ways. You might be navigating the deep pain of loss, such as bereavement or divorce, or struggling with daily anxiety and chronic stress. Perhaps you are dealing with the aftermath of a single, sudden event like a road traffic accident, rape, or assault. You might be carrying the long-term, fragmented exhaustion of childhood and developmental trauma.

As a former senior detective and registered NHS nurse, I also understand the unique, heavy burden of secondary trauma and operational stress experienced by the emergency services. If you are a police officer, firefighter, paramedic, or frontline NHS professional, this is a space where you do not have to explain the complexities of your role—I already get it.

Whatever your experience, when you sit down with me, the rest of the world fades away. In our time together, you do not have to compete for attention or wonder if you are being truly heard.

I offer a deeply dedicated, one-on-one space tailored entirely to your pace and needs. Together, we will gently work through painful memories, difficult life transitions, and old survival patterns without rush or pressure.
