About me

You don’t have to go through this alone... If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by things you can’t quite put into words, therapy can be the space where things start to shift.

I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, neurodivergence, or the after-effects of trauma. Many of the people I support come to me because they’re tired of holding it all together for everyone else  , and they want a space where they can finally be heard.

My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, which means our work will always be led by you. There’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready, and no judgment about where you’ve been. I’ll meet you with compassion, honesty, and respect, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe.

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent many years supporting children and adults in education and mental health settings, which gave me a deep understanding of how life’s challenges can affect us in different ways. Alongside my private practice, I work in a university supporting students (Disability and Neurodiversity).

If you choose to work with me, therapy becomes your space to talk openly, to feel truly heard, and to begin making sense of whatever you’re facing.
