About me

Hi, thank you for visiting my profile. Starting or returning to therapy can feel daunting, I aim to offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can find relief, build coping skills and explore your experiences. I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist with a genuine passion for supporting people through emotional challenges, trauma, and significant life changes.

I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor our sessions to your individual needs. We will work collaboratively and at a pace that feels safe for you, giving you the opportunity to understand your experiences, recognise patterns, and develop greater self-awareness.

Through my own personal experiences and clinical work in hospice, school, and private practice settings, I have developed a compassionate and person-centred approach to supporting people through a range of challenges. Including but not limited to; anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, trauma, grief, self-harm, low self-confidence, personal development, burnout, life transitions, sexuality, low self-esteem, loneliness, neurodiversity, family issues, changes in health or identity. Please find a full list of areas I can help with noted below.

I have a strong passion for supporting clients who are experiencing grief. As well as from offering grief counselling, if you are based in East London and you would like the opportunity to move your body and connect with others who have also experienced loss please join one of our upcoming Walthamstow group grief walk. Training, qualifications & experience

With five years of core training, alongside extensive CPD in trauma-informed and creative approaches.

I take a warm, collaborative and inclusive approach to therapy, recognising that every client is different. I adapt my way of working to each person’s individual needs and experiences.

I often incorporate creative interventions and somatic awareness into sessions. Emotion and trauma are stored physically in the body, and these approaches can help clients explore and communicate feelings that may be difficult to put into words.

As an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), my practice adheres to high professional standards set by an Accredited Register recognised by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
