Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Other areas of counselling I deal with
We can work to relieve distress and uncomfortable feelings, understand the past and how this might be affecting you, understanding interactions between the brain and the body, finally learn new ways of coping and managing difficult emotions and situations. This way you can grow and achieve your full potential. I adjust my sessions to neurodivergent clients, as well as clients with limited energy levels, e.g. chronic fatigue. I work with adults and adolescents.
My therapeutic style is warm and client driven, flexible but also focused, collaborative and engaging (even with hard to engage clients). I am offering sessions for adults & adolescents. Please get in touch to discuss suitability.
