About me

Hello. I am an Integrative Art Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in South London. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel safe and valued; where they can feel free to explore difficult, uncomfortable feelings, thoughts and emotions without fear of judgement or shame.

I am dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for anyone over 18 to express themselves, grow, and heal. I am committed to empowering individuals to harness their own creativity and inner resources for healing. I encourage curiosity, creativity and self-compassion as we build a relationship and start exploring what might be holding you back.

I use traditional talk therapy but also encourage the use of the arts to help you process difficult emotions, regulate moods, and gain insight into your inner world. It might include painting, drawing, sand, clay, collage but doesn’t have to. I work collaboratively with you and am led by what feels best for you to begin to explore your unique goals, strengths, and areas of growth.

Starting therapy can feel like a step into the unknown. If you are looking for a compassionate therapist who is committed to helping you achieve your unique goals, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to schedule a consultation.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have worked with people of all ages, cultures, religions and socio-economic backgrounds. I have a broad range of clinical experience, and currently also run a creative journalling group for pregnant women and mothers.

I completed a rigorous 4-year training in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy at the Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education, passing with distinction.

I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and adhere to their standards of proficiency.
I am a member of the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT).
I am in the process of obtaining accreditation with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
