Welcome, as a qualified integrative counsellor I have the opportunity to help my clients to navigate their way through obstacles in life that seem to be holding them back. I understand there are many reasons why you may feel counselling is the next step on your journey, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or traumatic life events etc. I invite you to explore all aspects in a safe, collaborative, non-judgemental space. Let me help you explore yourself and develop ways to move past issues that stand in the way of your greatest potential.

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
