About me

My name is Donna, and I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Norwich. With experience in working with a diverse range of clients, I address issues spanning from everyday life stresses to complex psychological trauma. I offer a safe and confidential space where we can explore all aspects of your background and work collaboratively to help you become the person you aspire to be.

I work with a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds, including extensive experience with the LGBTQIA+ community.

Whether your struggles feel large or small, I am here to assist you in navigating and overcoming them. Please do not hesitate to contact me, and I will respond at my earliest opportunity.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling, as well as both a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling.

For three years, I specialised in providing counselling to survivors of sexual abuse at the Sue Lambert Trust in Norwich, where I accumulated over 390 hours of face-to-face clinical experience in this subject.

Additionally, I work extensively with the LGBT community, offering a supportive space for individuals to explore their experiences and the challenges they may face. I also provide guidance and a safe environment for parents, families, and others seeking to better understand and navigate these important aspects of life.
