About me

Welcome, I’m Daria.

I’m passionate about guiding people through life’s challenges and helping them rediscover their strength, purpose, and sense of peace.

Do any of these resonate with you?

  • Does life feel fragmented, making daily tasks hard to face?
  • Are you pulling away from others, feeling safer alone yet longing for connection?
  • Do restless nights leave you wide awake with anxious thoughts?
  • Are you overwhelmed by uncertainty, stress, or the weight of past trauma?

When navigating major life events, such as:

  • relationship breakdowns,
  • work stress and burnout,
  • life transitions, or the aftermath of relational trauma,

…it’s natural to feel lost, drained, and unsure of where to turn. These experiences impact every aspect of life, often leaving us emotionally exhausted and disconnected from ourselves and others. But you don’t have to face this alone.

Therapy offers a compassionate space where you can express yourself, confront your fears, and begin to heal. Reaching out is the first step, and I’m here to help. Just send me a message and let’s explore how I can support your journey back to wholeness.

How Counselling Can Help You

  1. Understand and Manage Emotions: Together, we’ll explore what you’re feeling and develop tools to manage those emotions in healthy, constructive ways.
  2. Revisit Your Life Story: By looking at old patterns and coping mechanisms, you’ll begin to understand why they served you—and which new strategies can bring you peace.
  3. Choose a Path Aligned with Your Needs: Therapy helps you clarify what truly matters, empowering you to make decisions that honour your needs and aspirations.
  4. Live in the Present: Free yourself from the grip of the past, so you can live fully in the here and now.
  5. Build Fulfilling Relationships: We’ll work on understanding your needs in relationships, so you feel empowered to express them and form deeper, more meaningful connections.

Why Work With Me?

I bring a unique blend of experiences. With over 20 years in project management in both nonprofit and corporate settings, combined with years as a bereavement counsellor for local charities, I bring a compassionate yet grounded approach to therapy.

I’ve also faced my own life challenges: multiple personal losses, moving countries, adjusting to new circumstances, and healing from relational trauma. These experiences have not only shaped who I am as a person but deepened my understanding as a psychotherapist.
