About me
*Free 30-min consultation, and session prices are for a full 60 minute session*
I am an Integrative Counsellor in London offering 1-1 support and a free 30-minute consultation. Many of my present and past clients have felt overwhelmed by their experiences and seek a safe, understanding space to heal and recover in. They want to regain control, process their feelings and experiences, find peace, and build healthier relationships. They often seek therapy to feel heard, validated, and supported, aiming to lead more fulfilling and balanced lives. I work with clients who have various presenting concerns, but I have particular experience working with grief, trauma and relationship difficulties.
My integrative person-centred approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs, focusing on creating a collaborative and empowering therapeutic environment. Together, we will work towards what you need, whether it's finding closure after loss, healing from past traumas, improving your relationships, or addressing any other well-being concerns.
At my practice, you will find a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where your voice is at the centre of our working together. Take that first step and reach out to set up a free 30 minute telephone consultation so that we can discuss what you're looking for from counselling, how I work and whether my support would be a good fit for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
My journey towards becoming an Integrative therapist began back in 2018 and my passion for supporting clients in helping them get back to themselves (their true Selves) has never wavered.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people facing a wide range of challenges, from those navigating self-esteem and relational difficulties, to those sitting with grief and loss, to individuals recovering from domestic abuse. My experience includes working in suicide bereavement charities and domestic abuse shelters, as well as leading a team of five therapists and mental health practitioners in an NHS-commissioned service in London. These experiences have deepened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the importance of compassionate, tailored support. Whatever you’re facing, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help you move forward at your own pace.
With over a decade of experience working in caring professions, half of that time was spent abroad, living in new countries far from home. The other half has been spent in various parts of the UK, experiencing the challenges of settling into new communities closer to home. I understand how relocation - whether near or far - can bring feelings of disconnection, and I appreciate the importance of building a true sense of belonging wherever you are. My background allows me to deeply empathise with the complexities of change, isolation, and the emotional impact of finding your place in a new environment.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
